Experienced Desktop Services Manager required to join the regional management team of a leading Global Banking and Markets business. The key function of this position will be to implement continual improvements to the effectiveness and efficiency of desktop services by review of technologies, standards and processes. Another critical aspect of this role will be to build, manage and motivate a team of support engineers in a variety of locations throughout the region.
Successful candidates for the role of Desktop Services Manager will have a minimum of ten years experience in desktop services support gained within an investment banking environment. Proven success in the management and motivation of support teams will be essential and candidates will ideally hold ITIL qualification or similar. Candidates will be required to provide examples of initiatives they have implemented that have resulted in measureable value to the business.
