Their models and consulting services are used by hundreds of insurance and reinsurance companies, hedge funds, corporations, and governments to assess a wide-range of natural and man-made perils such as - earthquake, flood, windstorm, terrorism, and disease pandemic.
Responsibilities Lead work to identify and engage a select set of clients to become partners in developing the next generation of a specific country/region peril model Lead work to engage with the Catastrophe modelers (in Mod Dev) around the details of the modeling technical agenda, and component and integrated calibration criteria. Requirements You must have a minimum of an MSc, ideally PhD in a Science or quant field from a top tier educational establishment. Experience of developing or worked intensely with catastrophe or other correlated risk models. Experience of working in or servicing the (re) insurance sector would be advantageous.
