Skills Required - Understanding of sales and trading business - Solid IT experience - Hands on experience with at least 1 programming language - Experience with database tools and scripting - Microsoft Excel/Access VBA Skills Desired - Understanding of the equities swap product - Experience with securities lending, electronic trading, or derivative products - DotNet framework C# - Experience with investment banking information technology
