Job description:

OTC Conseil Americas is the subsidiary of a French consultancy in management and organization. Our group is employing 120 consultants – experts worldwide.

Our projects mainly focus on the following issues:

-Expert Business analysis assistance and Project management

-Risk management (market, counterparty, operational, ...)

-Defining and implementing internal controls

-Regulatory

-Methodologies (six sigma, ..)

-Front to Back process study and enhancing, process industrialization (STP, data management...)

We are looking for someone thorough and pragmatic, motivated to participate to the successful achievement of assignments, with strong added value for our clients but also willing to commit to the development of OTC Conseil Americas with an entrepreneurial spirit.

The consultant should have an MBA, and 2 to 10 years experience (depending on profile) with Financial Institutions (Banking industry, Asset Managers, or consultancies). She/he has excellent and proven written and oral communication skills.

A good project management methodology is a must.
