Our client is a well-established Asset Management Company with diversified services and products. To expand their client base across the Asia Pacific region, they are now seeking for top caliber candidates to join them in Hong Kong.

Based in Hong Kong, the role holder will be responsible for managing product ideas through all out the product development process. Main duties include: Ensure projects are managed timely and effectively; Create and update development plans, and ensure related party are informed with the progress of the projects; Run forecast for projects, ensure timely delivery of plans, and anticipate issues that may cause delays. Besides, you will be working in close partnership with sales, portfolio management, legal, compliance, and operations, and ensure all legal, marketing and other supporting documentation and processes are complete prior to product launch. Last but not least, you will be accountable for continuous improvement of the product development process.

To qualify, you will be a degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in product development within asset management or fund houses. You will be a strong team playing with experience in managing the product development process. Strong knowledge of the financial market in the Asia Pacific region is a pre-requisite. Fluent communication in written and oral English and Chinese is a must for the role.
