NRMA Motoring & Services is an innovative group of companies spanning travel, motoring services, car rental and holiday parks. An integral part of the business is the Group Risk team who develops and maintains a strong risk framework to promote strong internal control and secure financial sustainability. They are currently seeking to hire a high performing Senior Manager with a lair and passion for value add and driving change to join a vibrant and dynamic established team.

Reporting to the Head of Group Risk & Environment, this high profile position takes responsibility for proactively managing the risk exposure and addressing key risk areas across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with General Managers, CEO’s, Heads of Business Units and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve their key controls across business processes
• Developing and implementing a risk management training program across the Group  
• Providing value adding insight to acquisition due diligence projects, business cases and other business initiatives
• Developing and maintaining the reporting framework  
• Attending Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committees as required

The successful candidate:

CA/ CPA qualified within Audit from a Leading Chartered environment, the successful candidate will have operated at a senior level and have proven success in internal control environment improvement, internal audit, financial / operational risk and business continuity management.

Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate and effectively influence at board level, and you will present with a proven track record in developing effective client relationships.

Managing multiple projects, deliverables and economics is a key component to this role, hence strong financial and business acumen is essential.

Please note, flexibility to travel within 25km of the CBD is essential as NRMA Motoring & Services have locations in North Strathfield, Mascot, North Sydney and the CBD.
