The Director's primary responsibility is to lead in the analysis and execution of investment opportunities throughout the firm's areas of expertise, while maintaining a disciplined focus on capital preservation.
 

Some responsibilities include, but not limited to;

-Evaluate attractive public private equity opportunities, drive negotiations with seller, and execute transactions
-Drive analysis of public equity investment opportunities
-Support real estate investment decision-making process with team members through analysis of macro trends and deal economics
-Support existing portfolio companies by helping to identify and resolve strategic issues
-Build organizational capabilities, tools and processes to support decision-making

- Must have experience in Public equity Markets and direct Investments
