The Challenge Role will include:
Prepare the financial components of procurement/legal documentation for projects
prepare financial models which provide whole life costing of infrastructure projects
Evaluate financial submissions throughout the procurement process including financial robustness testing, Net Present Value of tenders, etc;
Prepare general financial advisory / evaluation work on projects e.g. balance sheet treatment, alternative funding schemes, etc.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification, have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills in addition a min of 3 years direct experience in PPP/ Project Finance capacity essential.
