Training Manager with experience of delivering training programmes to support large-scale transformation is required for exciting HR change project

Overview:

The continuing transformational journey of the Group Technology & Operations (GTO) organisation within Deutsche Bank will necessitate significant organisational change to a number of newly formed business areas. As an HR Training Manager you will work across the 4 main GTO divisions at the appropriate point in their respective change programme.  You will partner with Talent & Development, HR Business Partners, and Change Managers in supporting areas of GTO undergoing change across all global locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Your success in this role will necessitate the following activities being undertaken:

  • You will work closely with the HR Project Manager assigned to each division and the GTO Talent and Leadership team to design appropriate training interventions for managers and employees in the midst of the transformation
  • You will align the existing training curriculum to ensure development of newly defined competencies and professions
  • You will work with the broader Talent &  Development function to co-ordinate the delivery of training
  • You will share best practices and models for development across the GTO businesses so that the divisions learn from each other's experiences
  • You will interact with managers and employees to ensure key stakeholders support planned changes

Experience:

  • Experience of delivering training programmes to support large-scale transformation
  • Training design, delivery and vendor management
  • Stakeholder management including training needs analysis, training design review and ongoing engagement
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills to ensure that communications are clear, credible and compelling
  • Experience in managing project plans within a larger programme
  • Ability to influence at a senior level, being an effective collaborator
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships, develop a broad network in the region and positively represent HR in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
