The Sales Analyst provides sales and client maintenance support to the Team in the provision of all services on behalf of PWM clients, including provision of advisory or execution only services and oversight of discretionary accounts. Helps the team with their prospecting efforts. Informs and updates clients of latest market developments and Firm recommendations across all asset classes. Contributes to the sales, marketing and new product development initiatives as directed by the Investment Advisor. Develops a good understanding of the local regulatory requirements of the investment advisory business and applies this knowledge appropriately. RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and prepare marketing materials for presentations • Assist in structuring & managing client accounts • Remain abreast of market conditions and be able to provide information to clients and team members • Follow closely Firm Research and effectively communicate investment views to Investment Advisor and clients • Monitor, review and analyse advisory portfolios • Analyse existing and prospective clients in order to determine investment capabilities • Provide client service • Understand the prospecting strategy and its implementation and actively engage in prospecting • Contribute to sales marketing and new product development initiatives • Understand & assist with the administrative and support functions on the team • Develop an understanding of the ongoing product range • Develop an awareness of the investment process PROFILE • Must be authorised to work in Switzerland • Possess a strong academic background preferably in finance or economics • Relevant experience useful • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Exhibit advanced analytical and mathematical skills • Demonstrate an interest/knowledge in financial markets • Fluency in French and English essential
