A leading Global Wealth Management house is looking for someone with a proven track record of man- managing a client services team to join a team of 11 as a Supervisor.

The successful incumbent will be required to:

-Support the portfolio managers and relationship managers with their Discretionary clients

-Deal with client queries in a timely fashion

-Monitor portfolios for breaches of investment restrictions

-Enter deal orders as and when required

-Provide dealing support for the PMs

-Liaise with Middle Office and other internal teams to resolve queries

-Allocate work among more Junior members of staff

-Train new members of staff

-Be point of escalation for more complex issues and queries

-Attend client meetings with the Relationship Managers

To apply for this role you MUST have:

-Proven experience of man managing a client services team

-Experience of setting objectives for a team

-Proven experience within a client facing role

-Experience of either Wealth management or Asset Management

-Ideally have the IAQ or IMC

-A passion for client services
