My client is a boutique financial institution who is in the process of aggressively growing their Fixed Income business. You will ideally have 4 years+ experience within Fixed Income Sales environment and have a transferable client list. This is very much a distribution lead company that will soon diversify into other trading areas. You will have solid Fixed Income sales background with exposure to structured products a must, this includes structured notes, rates, Equity notes, flow credit in € or $ and. Knowledge of the flow business is of particular interest to this client. The opportunity within this organisation is fantastic, there is a very flat management structure and the growth of the business is exceptional.
