You should have had experience of working in a similar role from a leading bank’s Prime Brokerage division where you will have had direct client interaction with hedge fund and Institutional clients. Specifically you should have a good understanding of OTC Derivatives Clearing.

You should be degree educated with a strong understanding of the various aspects of Prime Brokerage. Knowledge of the service provider landscape that hedge funds interact with (IT providers, law firms etc) would be a distinct advantage.
