A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with one of Hong Kong's leading Real Estate Investment Companies who are expanding their current retail portfolio across Hong Kong.Our client is looking for a Financial Controller/CFO to lead their accounting/finance and company secretarial functions.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the finance function of the business and be responsible for all company secretarial duties across the business
Working closely with the COO and board members, presenting to them and offering strategic advice
Working closely with external auditors, investors, bankers and lawyers
Providing financial analysis of the current model and predicting expected performance
Maintaining all accounting records and liasing closely with the rest of the business
To be successful in your applicattion you MUST have:
A recognised finance or accounting qualification
At least 5 years relevant experience of having worked for a Hong Kong Property Developer, REIT or Investment Fund
Have a strong knowledge of company secretarial duties and latest regulatory and compliance issues
Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working at board level
