This role will report directly to the Global Business Manager and will assit with P+L, infrastructure, projects, new business initiatives and product control.

Cross Asset Class knowledge is highly desirable.

Professional and Personal Qualifications

• Has worked in a business management or controlling function in the financial industry.
• Solid financial experience and good understanding of accounting principles and practices and a budgeting process.
• Development and implementation of highly structured PMO processes/tools for issue tracking, programme planning, budget consolidation and controlling, workproduct management, time tracking, meeting scheduling etc.
• Has experience working with and presenting to upper levels of management of an organization and feels comfortable in such a role.
• • Ability to monitor, track and clearly communicate progress, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time Management skills – the ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with various work-streams and demands in place simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, choosing the most appropriate method and medium
• Strong on prioritizing and problem solving.Adaptability – large variation in work type
