Our Client

Our client is a stable foreign bank with an established presence in Singapore. They have consistently been maintaining a good position in the Project Finance league tables for the Asia-Pacific region.

The Job

• Portfolio management and credit monitoring for Structured, Project Finance and Leveraged Finance accounts.
• Handle all credit-related matters for the accounts
• Develop and maintain communication networks with Borrowers / Sponsors / Banks to enhance relationship and collect information.
• Handle workout/problem accounts to achieve maximum recovery through restructuring negotiations, liquidation of collateral, disposal of assets and any necessary legal actions when necessary.
• Supervise and execute check-and-balance procedures for new transactions including client proposals and presentation materials, new credit applications and documentation work.
• Support in planning and carrying out of Group Strategies
• Research on clients, markets, and industry sectors.

The Candidate

• University graduate with professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CA or ACCA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Structured/Project finance teams in interantional banks.
• Strong hands-on project finance documentation capability.
• Excellent cash flow modeling and analysis skills.
