Job Responsibilities:

• Search and evaluate potential site for resort/ boutique hotel development

• Prepare cash flow projections for potential hotel investment and prepare investment memo

• Search and negotiate with hotel operators on the hotel management service contracts

• Work with internal project management team and external consultants on design and development of the hotels

• Acting as owner's representative at the hotels and report to the management on the operation status of the portfolio hotels

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, business, hotel management or real-estate management or related disciplines

• Solid experience in both hotel development and operation at a senior position for 5 years or more

• Sound financial background in hotel industry

• Ability to communicate with various parties, from investors, operators, local governments, designers and contractors

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin a must

• Willing to relocate to Shanghai and travel to different locations in PRC
