Reporting to the Head of the Legal Department, the primary responsibility for this role will be to provide legal support for the Asian equities and Investment Banking business.
 

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• 3 - 5 years PQE
• Qualified in Singapore or Hong Kong
• Familiarity with cash equities and IPO market. Knowledge in either one of these areas is required.
• Experience as an in-house lawyer in financial institution an added advantage but candidates from a Law firm with appropriate experience will still be considered
• Awareness of transactional issues arising in Asian jurisdictions
• Strong organizational, communication and analytic skills are essential for the role
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in Asia an added advantage
