They have a strong track record of completing M&A, corporate finance & debt / restructuring transactions and various advisory assignments in Europe, the US and Asia.

Analysts will typically not spend a lot of time on pitch work, due to my client’s strong reputation and repeat business from key clients. They have a strong growth plan and are extremely well-positioned to take advantage when there is an upturn in the market.

They currently require an M&A Analyst to join the team due to a significant amount of live transactions, as well as a strong pipeline of deals.

Requirements:

• You MUST have completed the graduate training programme at a major investment bank and then ideally will have gained around 1 year's M&A experience on top of this

• 2:1 degree or higher from a top tier University, ideally in Finance / Economics or similar

• Someone who is pro-active, seeks responsibility and would be able to interact with clients from an early stage

• Strong leadership, motivation and analytical skills

• European language skills are not essential but preferred
