Our client is one of the leading real estate investment managers in Europe who have recently raised capital and are now ready to deploy. As a result of continued growth and success across Western Europe they are looking to secure and Associate / Senior Associate.
Working across core plus / value - added investments in Europe this is a key hire wiithin a very flat structure:
The Appointment
Responsible for Asset Strategy and Investment Decisions
Monitor asset / business plan performance and manage funds (Strategy is to build business quickly)
Interact with other functions of the firm to gather relevant data
Oversee maintenance of detailed fund and asset models
Oversee maintenance of European data base
Preparation of quarterly reports, presentations, asset reviews, investor correspondence and Investment Committee reports
Undertake market and economic research
Provide support to the Asset Management and Acquisitions Groups as needed
Work on a report-generating database for the Funds; reducing turnaround time on investor queries. (Pitching to investors is also key to the role)
Working primarily on 2 pan european funds spread across Western Europe
The Individual
You will possess 2 (min) - 5 years experience within real estate fund management, asset management or acquisitions
You will be at ease with financial concepts / financial accounting and real estate accounting
You will also posses leadership skills and strong communication skills
English and ideally another European language (not essential)
