The Appointment

• Responsible for Asset Strategy and Investment Decisions
• Monitor asset / business plan performance and manage funds (Strategy is to build business quickly)
• Interact with other functions of the firm to gather relevant data
• Oversee maintenance of detailed fund and asset models
• Oversee  maintenance of European data base
• Preparation of quarterly reports, presentations, asset reviews, investor correspondence and Investment Committee reports
• Undertake market and economic research
• Provide support to the Asset Management and Acquisitions Groups as needed
• Work on a report-generating database for the Funds; reducing turnaround time on investor queries. (Pitching to investors is also key to the role)
• Working primarily on 2 pan european funds spread across Western Europe

The Individual

• You will possess 2 (min) - 5 years experience within real estate fund management, asset management or acquisitions
• You will be at ease with financial concepts / financial accounting and real estate accounting
• You will also posses leadership skills and strong communication skills
• English and ideally another European language (not essential)
