Leading the Bern Branch of RBS Coutts with focus on relationship management and acquisition of clients from Switzerland.
Tasks • Running RBS Coutts Branch in Bern and a team of 15-20 staff Members within Private Banking Swiss Onshore Bern • Defining sales, marketing & communication strategy for his area in collaboration with Team Manager PB Swiss Onshore • Following and evaluating the results of the implementation of plans and strategies • Continuing to expand the client base in Switzerland (Bern) through acquisition • Developing and fostering the realsionship with major customers in his area • Coaching of new staff members • Acting as representative for RBS Coutts in Bern • Planning and organising events
Required Experience • Wide experience in the Swiss On-shore Business area • Existing network in Switzerland with focus on greater Bern area • Proven leadership skills • Strong motivator, hands-on mentality • Able to provide innovative ideas and to work under pressure • Able to managing and motivating people to achieve their objectives • Analytical and problem solving skills • Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills • Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and client's satisfaction • Very good language skills in English
