The candidate will be responsible for the following activities: - Managing and supervising the Company’s Financial and Regulatory Accounting requirements - Preparation of annual statutory accounts and liaising with auditors - Completion of the quarterly IAS accounting reporting requirements of the Group - Preparation / review of monthly management accounts - Preparation of the quarterly returns to the Financial Regulator - Maintaining systems and controls to ensure adequate back up documentations and audit trails - Ensuring compliance with all tax and statutory requirements and keeping up to date with all legislative and tax changes - Assisting with and managing the relationship with the auditors - Management of various reporting timetables to ensure deadlines are met - Cash flow management Experiences required: - University degree; - at least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Company: - relevant experience in Accounting - Fluent in English is imperative The position requires a long period of time abroad.
