An outstanding opportunity has come up at a leading global investment bank for an experienced technical project manager (Java and/or C# background) to take the global lead of the Equity Derivatives Market Making IT team. The successful candidate will be managing a team of 20 developers spread over London, NYC and Hong Kong and working in close liaison to the business will be planning the technical roadmap for a number of key strategic projects that the group will focus on in the coming years. This is a highly profitable area of the bank and will offer excellent career development opportunities into the senior management of the the Equities IT world. 

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a mathematical or scientific discipline with an outstanding knowledge of Equity Derivatives including both Equity Volatility and Exotics. In addition a solid front office technology background in C# or Java is required with a continued interest and understanding of system architecture. The candidate will also be required to demonstrate a track record of defining and delivering strategic technology solutions for a demanding global business and managing teams and projects across multiple sites.
