ACCOUNT MANAGER, NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FRONT OFFICE ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS EXECUTIVE SEARCH Alpha Search Advisory Partners (ASAP) provides Executive Search & Human Capital Consulting for Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds and absolute return, principal investment groups at major financial institutions. We perform retained and contingency executive search; per diem/project consulting and interim (temporary) executive C-level placement; and advisory for hedge fund consolidation. Alpha Search specializes in sourcing front office investment professionals, those who bring alpha, across all investment asset classes, sectors and strategies, senior-level marketers & CMOs, Risk Managers & CROs. Our firm, with over 25 years of capital markets experience, has successfully completed thousands of searches and project engagements, with a reputation for integrity, speed of execution and quality. We currently have Account Manager and New Business Developer positions available in our Long Island office (Roslyn). Positions offer a base salary, benefits, paid vacation plus incentive compensation. Hedge fund, private equity, principal Investing &/or prop desk client development and penetration are the main responsibilities. Our team will provide infrastructure support including execution (name gathering, candidate sourcing and vetting), industry and firm research & modeling, logistics, marketing and public relations, and more. Alpha Search professionals do not work in silos but rather as a cohesive team force towards filling mandates. As a small boutique, there is excellent growth potential and wide open client development opportunities. Many excellent prospective clients are not covered or insufficiently covered and available to be added to your portfolio. This is a hi-visibility role, with an opportunity to contribute towards the direction and growth of the firm. The right candidate must have relationships at alternative investment asset managers such as hedge funds, CTAs, PE shops or principal investing groups at the financial institutions. Additionally, a working knowledge of AI strategies and firms, front office executive recruitment experience or 5+ years capital markets experience.
