Within a small team the Liquidity Management Officer is accountable for providing highly responsible support in realizing the goals and developing of the department.

Departmental introduction

The Liquidity Management Team (LMT) is managing the cash and non-cash flows of Securities Lending, Collateral Management and Cash Management. These flows should realize a maximum return within an optimal risk profile. LMT is responsible for the assessment and acceptance of securities lending and investment proposals made by in-and external service providers. Next to these investment responsibilities the team is also maintaining and developing the infrastructure to support the needs of the in- and external clients, including risk management, investment strategy, reporting, compliance, and performance analytics. The LMT is a new team, existing of 3 persons.  

 Main responsibilities

• Approving Investment Proposals

• Development Global LMT Infrastructure

• Risk Management

• Informing in- and external Clients

 Main competencies and preferred education

• 8 year+ of financial services experience

• Knowledge of the Securities Lending Industry, Complex Financial Instruments, Portfolio Management and Financial Operations

• Conceptual and Strategic Thinking Capabilities

• Ability to build strong relationships with others and desire to work in a team environment

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field + CFA or VBA

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Access, Advanced Excel, HTML, and PowerPoint are prerequisites
