Your responsibilities:

• New Business Development (Product and Service Innovation)
• Be the main contact person for clients
• Incorporate companies
• Keep companies in legal good standing
• Detect possible corporate/tax issues
• Take care of the companies day to day operations
• Organize the annual preparation of accounts, reports, shareholder and board meetings together with the accountants and assistants
• Coordinate, liaise with lawyers, bankers, tax advisors and notaries
• Coordinate issues concerning taxes, administration, and banking of clients companies
• Supervise, coordinate and control the work of assistants, the processing of documentation and the distribution of work

Your profile:

• University Degree in Tax Law, Corporate Law, Economics or Finance or equivalent
• 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar position or within a professional services firm
• Client oriented and entrepreneurship minded
• Good presentation and commercial sense
• Client oriented and entrepreneurship minded
• Have a pro-active approach and a problem solving attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, stress resistant and an ability to meet tight deadline
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Good command of English and French (written and spoken), another language is an asset
