Corporate Administrator / Office Support (Ref 0910-27CDB)

Your main responsibilities:

You will assist three colleagues in their company secretarial and administrative duties, offer administrative support to the managing director; taking care of his travel arrangement and diary management and taking care of general office duties

Your profile:

  • secretarial studies or equivalent (BAC+2/3)
  • two years experience in a similar environment, ideally in Luxembourg
  • fluency in English ( written and spoken )
  • good presentation and client orientated
  • good computer skills, ideally excel and lotus notes
  • good organisation and communication skills to speak to directors
  • good team player

Only candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
