You will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of credit risk information for the Group’s statutory and regulatory disclosures, including the interpretation of all credit risk related requirements of IFRS7, integrated regulatory reporting, Basel Pillar 3 and other external reporting of retail credit data as well as ensuring compliance with those requirements. In addition, you will be tasked with affirming the integrity of risk weighted assets, regulatory and economic capital calculations and supporting capital management within the business planning, forecasting and capital allocation process. You must have an excellent practical and technical understanding of the Basel framework, particularly in relation to retail asset classes and all associated regulatory reporting requirements. Strong change management experience will be paramount to your success as will be the ability to translate strategic thinking into focused, specific action plans and manage the delivery of these through to implementation. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills, a track record of successful relations with both internal and external stakeholders and an aptitude for communicating complex, technical issues effectively at all levels.
