We’re working with one of the top international private equity funds. They’re looking for an exceptional associate candidate to join their German office. You’ll have a proven track record of success, both in your career to date and also in your academic and extra-curricular interests. The firm only hires the most talented candidates, so you’ll need to demonstrate an exceptional track record. In return, the fund supports all future career development, which could include an MBA or secondments to other offices. They hire with the long term very much in mind. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the very leading private equity funds and build your career with them.

You’ll need to show:

• Outstanding academics at A-Level equivalent and undergraduate degree level
• Exceptional success in both your career and in your further interests (sport, music, drama, etc)
• Investment banking analyst or equivalent in strategy consulting, with at least internship experience in strategy consulting required
• Strong commercial judgement
• Rounded personality – able to build effective relationships
• Fluent German and English
• Commitment to Germany location – precise location will be released later in the process with PER
