C++ High Frequency trading developer, LINUX/UNIX/Solaris, STL, Boost, Perl required for leading proprieatary trading firm based in London. You will be joining the small company who specialise in high frequency trading strategies as a senior C++ developer. You will be tasked with building and maintaining new and existing strategies for the business whilst working closely with the traders. Essential to the role is a background in either High frequency, algorithmic, low latency or systematic trading in either FX, Equities, Futures or Options. Also of consideration would be someone with experience from a prop, market making or electronic trading desk from a tier 1 bank or from a trading infrastructure provider or stock exchange. Your core skills must be C++ on UNIX, LINUX or Solaris and ideally some experience with any of the following; Perl, Python, SQL, STL, Boost, Multicast and TCP/IP. Any successful candidate must have a minimum of a 2:1 Bachelors degree in a computing, financial engineering, scientific or mathematical subject from a top university.
