YOUR ROLE

The senior accountant will report to the General Manager based in Luxembourg and will have the following responsibilities:

Preparing the financial statement and taking care of the administration of a private equity portfolio.

Reviewing the accounting of holding and SOPARFI.

Preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting in Lux GAPP.

Involving in the setting up of companies : being in contact with lawyers and banks.

Managing 2 accountants.

Interacting with other offices and external auditors.

YOUR PROFILE

A university degree with a major in Finance or Accounting

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting

Good knowledge of private equity

Fluent in English. French is an asset

Strong communication skills and hands-on attitude.

Pro-active, autonomous and rigorous person.
