Leading I-bank seeks an experienced corporate/ finance lawyer to oversee sale of part of their Asian businesses. Working closely with internal & external lawyers and stakeholders, the successful candidate will project manage the transactions. Previous M&A/ divestment experience is a plus.  Emphasis is on communication and project management skills.  6-9 month contract initially.  Highly competitive package on offer.   Great experience for a private practice lawyer interested in working in-house.
