A fantastic opportunity for an HR Reporting Analyst to join our HR Analytics Team. You will be involved in reviewing the annual core process as well as management reporting & analysis, providing regular analytical tools and reports for regular monthly Management Information.

The key areas of responsibilities for the HR reporting analyst are:

1.Core Process Review:

  • Facilitate the annual core process. This includes the organisation of bonus pool populations, regular spend and audit reporting for salary, incentives and the performance management and promotion review. Assist with the Operations core process review phase working with the Operations analyst in London.

2.   Management Reporting & Analysis:

  • Regular HR metrics and headcount forecasting. Attention to detail in tracking all elements of the employee life cycle. Providing monthly metrics to ensure the business is fully cognisant of trends and key drivers.
  • Provide and improve analytical tools and reports for regular monthly Management information. Assist in ad hoc projects for HR review and business consumption including demographic, statistical and financial analysis.
  • Identification and escalation of operational (among other) risk issues with a view to limiting risk in the future

Knowledge desired:

• HR metrics (Reporting, Trends/ Data Analysis, Tracking)

• Data/Process management

• General financial knowledge, accounting techniques and terminology

• Understanding of the professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards required in HR

  • Accounting qualification not essential but desirable

• Experience in an analytical role, ideally within HR

• Advanced excel skills

• Experience of business objects or similar business intelligence tool

• Working knowledge of MS Access and Peoplesoft

• Capable of producing ad-hoc work, at speed and to a high degree of accuracy.
