Currently seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to lead an established team and take a significant role in the strategic development and growth of the organisation. Reporting to the CEO and the Board, with 2 direct reports and a team of finance/ administration staff, the position has an insight and strategic input across the business.

• Direct responsibility for overseeing the financial management of the business including cash flow, annual audit, budgetary and forecasting management and strategic financial guidance and advice
• Review and analysis of operating results and processes in relation to cost, budgets and policies and make recommendation for cost reduction, profit improvement and continued growth.
• Functional and strategic management of the Finance Operation of the business
• Company secretarial duties for Group entities
• Financial analysis of business opportunities and feasibility assessments

Profile for Success :

• Commercially astute, influential, persuasive and realistic
• Experience in a senior finance role ideally in a property, construction, project or redevelopment scenario
•  CA/CPA professional with exceptional leadership and management skills.
• A Financial Controller adding value at a strategic level
• Australian Permanent Residency status essential
