Our client is a highly respected provider of holistic wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals. Covering financial planning, estate planning, trustee and portfolio management services, they are continuing to grow and invest in this business and are seeking the services of an exceptional private wealth executive to join them.
Working closely with the Head of Advice, you will be mandated with leading, managing and mentoring a team of Private Client Advisors to grow and retain clients. Key accountabilities include:
Setting annual business and marketing plans
Setting performance metrics and targets
Implementing client retention, acquisition and growth strategies
Playing an active role in coaching individual team members
Acting as the primary escalation point for client complaints
To be successful in this role, you will possess a proven track record in sales leadership and providing holistic advice to HNW/UHNW clients. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong technical capabilities and drive will be critical to your success. Relevant degree and qualifications will be assumed.
