Bloomberg Tradebook Europe LTD is looking to strengthen its Electronic Trading Research & Strategy group with a US Equity application sales specialist. Candidates should possess a deep body of knowledge and experience in the US Equity market place.
Bloomberg Tradebook Europe LTD is looking to strengthen its Electronic Trading Research & Strategy group with a US Equity application specialist. Candidates should possess a deep body of knowledge and experience in the US Equity market place. Primary responsibility is implementation of sales strategy of the electronic US Equity trading platform by: - Thoroughly understanding and being able to effectively communicate the value propositions of the platform's trading analytics, algorithms and strategies; - Supporting sales and development staff in client sales meetings; - Educating clients and salespeople by presenting at local, regional and internal seminars; - Providing feedback to Bloomberg's business managers on product enhancements including assisting in the strategy, design and development of new tools and initiatives.
The successful candidate will work as part of a highly motivated team with a high level of autonomy and must be able to manage a great deal of responsibility.
Requirements: - Considerable experience in the financial industry - Solid understanding of Financial Markets and Industry Practices - Prior experience as a US Equity trader is desirable - Strong presentation and communication skills - Understanding of the challenges in equity execution and the creativity to think about value-added solutions - Fluency in a language other than English is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
