A leading private bank is looking for a high caliber Sales Manager. The position is Director level and based in Hong Kong.

It provides companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth clients with investment banking, private banking and asset management services worldwide. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process to support the market heads. Implementation of a structured and guided advisory process based on strategic asset allocation theory to create a differentiated high quality advice to clients. To ensure the leverage of best practices and sales and investment content across markets and client segments. To create sales transparency for and market heads to support the sales process and initiatives. Close cooperation with product advisory team to ensure timely and market relevant sales and after sales content.
To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the financial services industry with a focus on sales, investment or client relationship management. Effective communicator with strong social skills to build relationships and credibility. Able to work on multiple initiatives, projects and products with medium to high complexity. Fluency in English and Chinese.
