	Operations Control Management Analyst-AVP level, USA-TX-Dallas Operations Control Management Analyst-AVP level Company: JPMorgan   Location:   USA-TX-Dallas   Remuneration:   Competitve   Position Type:   Permanent   Employment type:   Full time   Updated:   20 Nov 2009   eFC Ref no:   584420     Please see the job description 090033028 Qualifications Report directly to VP-Operational Control Management and coordinate program with Senior management of business units For the Dallas Fund Services Business Units:Develop, implement and administer a quality assurance / compliance program that:Proactively assesses business unit needs/capabilities and mitigates operational risks through the performance of control self-assessments and by obtaining an in-depth understanding of the overall control environmentLead /support business units with risk and control assessments with a goal to design and implement control enhancements (e.g. reviews of new product roll-outs, application enhancements and changes to defined key controls).Facilitate building of a control environment that meets AICPA attestation standards Lead / support weekly business control meetings Support business in building a control environment to meet attestation standards Develop / enhance best practice group, responsible for defining / reviewing key Fund Accounting policies and proceduresFormalize a structured best practice programDesign best practices based on data analysis and workshops held to leverage knowledge across all Fund Accounting operating unitsEstablish communication mechanisms for sharing knowledge with various levels of staff and managementLeverage intranet to facilitate procedure maintenance and communicationHold periodic training forums Support business units with post mortem analysis of key control eventsHelp ensure analysis focuses on appropriate key control and root cause issues and are written in a clear and concise manor and are grammatically sound Support various OCM Core support activities:Periodic Phoenix Self assessments, IB-Red Drills,Ensure quality of daily health check,Coordinate with IT liaison to develop a UDT oversight / approval processQuality assurance test program All jobs from JPMorgan Email this job Print this job Save this job Company: JPMorgan Website: www.jpmorgan.com Recruiter Ref: 090033028 All jobs from JPMorgan Email this job Print this job Save this job
