Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance and the deputy Head of Strategy, your main responsibilities will be divided in two parts: Assisting the Corporate Finance Team in analysing and executing corporate transactions.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance and the deputy Head of Strategy, your main responsibilities will be divided in two parts: Corporate Finance:
Assisting the Corporate Finance Team in analysing and executing corporate transactions
Preparing specific financial analysis (subsidiaries equity level, cash management within the Group, business plans on some subsidiaries…)
Making Financial modelling / DCF valuations
Writing of memorandum on the main asset managers (profile, strategy, valuation…) and transactions carried out in the asset management sector
Strategy:
Analysing our current positioning (expertises, regions, etc.)
Reviewing the profitability of our expertises and regional teams
Contributing to strategic reviews of our different activities: development of new expertises in the asset management industry, development in new countries, optimisation of our current organization, etc.
Contributing to the reporting processes requested by the AXA Group
What sort of profile we are looking for:
Currently undertaking a Master’s degree in a leading Business or Engineering school with a specialization in Finance
Previous experience in corporate finance/asset management/bank/consulting firm is an advantage
Fluency in English as it is the working language
Financial Modelling and valuation skills
Literate in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Power point
Strong relationship building skills and autonomy (capacity to carry out a project)
Team player with strong communication skills
Rigor and analytical skills
