We are seeking individuals with audit experience in a Big 4 or leading national firm (6+ years of experience). You will present with outstanding communication skills, a proven track record in developing effective client relationships and business development. We are looking for Managers with experience in insurance but also within the investment management industry. The candidate should have experience in internal control environment improvement, internal audit, and risk management. • Lead controls work at client • Develop sustaining relationship with clients • Identifies ways to address client needs and issues, managing introduction of experts where applicable, and convert service opportunities to proposals • Day to day management of clients • Manage and supervise team • Manage projects and economics • Possess solid technical knowledge and understanding of financial services industry gained in a professional services environment and/or in a corporate environment; • An ability to establish and maintain excellent client relations; • An ability to demonstrate an understanding on commercial issues facing business; • An ability to identify clients issues, sales and value add opportunities; good business acumen and ability to discuss business issues with the client • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Strong time management skills and well developed research and problem solving skills; • Experience in supervising staff and an evidenced ability to manage others
