The candidate will coordinate and work with Compliance Advisory Coverage across Sales and Trading, as well as the Business, to meet key deliverables. The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Project Management • Work with project participants to prioritize work and meet deliverable due dates. • Manage project development, expectations, issues and changes throughout all phases of projects. • Track and communicate project status to participants and management. • Gather, validate and communicate metrics. Leadership • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work. • Capability to set direction and motivate teams. • Strong analytic and problem solving skills; ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems. • Excel in an ambiguous environment by adapting to multiple demands and shifting priorities. • Self-starter, highly motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relationship Management • Interact with Compliance Advisory Coverage and the Business to clearly define project objectives and priorities within the scope of each project. • Manage relationships with collaborating Compliance and Business personnel. • Act as liaison between senior Sales and Trading Compliance personnel and key stakeholders within and outside the Compliance Dept. • Proactively identify needs of Compliance and Business personnel across Sales and Trading.
