Your responsibilities You will assist your colleagues ( relationship managers and accountants ) in secretarial and administrative duties to be carried out for client companies:
prepare various documents such as Minutes of Meetings, Powers of Attorney etc
prepare letters, invoices, payment instructions and their follow up
treat incoming mail and phone calls, filing and various administrative duties
Your profile:
secretarial studies or equivalent (BAC+2/3)
two years experience in a similar "client" environment
fluency in both French and English ( written and spoken )
good presentation and client orientated
good computer, organisation and communication skills
able to work independently as well as part of a team
Only candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
