At Ernst & Young, our Bristol office is looking for an Account Coordinator. This is an interesting and varied role working closely with Account Managers, Operations and Finance to implement best practice approach to account profitability. Excellent communication skills are required as you will liaise with account teams and resource management teams to schedule staff (including those from other service lines.) You will also take responsibility to resolve resourcing issues, assist account team with risk management issues such as engagement letters, client continuance, independence, and pre-approval and coordinate, collate, and distribute client deliverables where appropriate. In addition you will support Account Partners and the Account Manager with the day to day management of engagement teams, their activities and service delivery. You will also assist engagement teams with quality and risk management activities and the production of the relevant plans and documentation.
Experience & Qualifications * Experience in a client driven professional environment in a financial/business capacity. * Degree Qualified (or equivalent). * Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels. * Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build good team relationships. * Demonstrable project management skills - balance multiple priorities by considering risk, importance, level of urgency and other linkages. * Strong computer skills including basic business software Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel, Lotus Notes and Explorer.
