My client, a Global Investment Banking Institution has a requirement to hire a Middle Office/Trade Support professional with Business Analysis/projects experience. There is a significant agenda of change that is currently being driven within the Operations Department as a whole and this is leading to the requirement for a great deal of both process and system enhancement. The successful candidate will need to be a proactive and independent individual who can take responsibility for driving large parts of this change within the Equity Derivatives Middle Office team. 

Job Description For AVP Equity Derivatives Middle Office Business Analyst

• Work closely with the Regional Head of Middle Office to understand the requirements for the team.
• Understand, document and analyse current process flows.
• Develop functionality profiles for both system and process development.
• Work closely with IT project teams in order to schedule and drive these developments.
• Plan and document a variety of projects at one time
• Pro-actively develop process with the middle office team
• UAT co-ordination with the middle office team

Requirements for AVP Equity Derivatives Middle Office Business Analyst

• Investment Banking Middle Office/Trade Support Experience – 5 Years +
• Strong background in Business Analysis
• Equity Derivatives Product Knowledge is essential
• Ideally a good understanding of Technology/Systems
• Asian Market experience
• Experience of working on cross location projects
• Strong Communication skills
• Proactive individual capable of being the genesis of change
