at least 10 years work experience from Top- Tier Investment banks or private equity firms, within 5 years should be managerial Solid exposure to M&A / corporate finance, pre IPO investments and / or principal investing in HK & China Mature skill set in deal execution, financial modeling and business valuations. Strong academic recrod from highly regarded insitutions CFA / ACCA chartered will be an advantage - Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English is a MUST
