My client is the principal investment arm of a Top-Tier financial institution. Due to expansion, they are hiring the following:
at least 3 years experience from Top- Tier Investment banks or private equity firms
Solid exposure to M&A / corporate finance and / or principal investing in HK & China, particularly in Energy and mineral sector. Canidates do not have experience in energy and mineral sector may be considered for other roles
Mature skill set in deal execution, financial modeling and business valuations.
Strong academic recrod from highly regarded insitutions
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English is a MUST
