Recognised as a market leader within the financial services industry, our client has an extensive customer base complemented by strong brand recognition. As a result of an internal move, an opportunity now exists for a high calibre individual to champion the product and customer experience. 

Working closely with the Head of Product, your mandate will be to implement new processes and re-engineer existing processes within the margin lending business including managing the relationship between Product and Operations. Specific responsibilities include: 

• Act as the process champion for margin lending product across the broader business 
• Be the champion for improved customer experience for margin lending processes 
• Contribute to the annual business plan and deliver of financial targets for the product set 
• Maintain existing product suite and analyse opportunities for education and training of the offer 
• Ensure all product compliance needs adhered to 
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders such as Distribution, Operations & Risk 

To be successful in this role, it will be envisaged that you will possess significant product experience gained in either margin lending or other lending products coupled with strong understanding of credit and risk. An ability to build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and the credibility to present to senior management will be critical to your success. Superior written and verbal communication skills together with high levels of business acumen and drive will be assumed.
