• The main purpose of this role is to assist the Group and divisional finance teams in meeting the external financial reporting requirements.
• You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation and commentary around Group results
• There is a key focus on the preparation of accounting technical papers and introduction of new accounting standards
• Involved in the Group monthly financial reporting cycle.
• Develop and document the controls around the Group reporting processes
• Ensure the integrity of the General ledger
• Assist with the development of and reporting out of finance systems
• Support any significant acquisition or divestment activity
• Ensure appropriate finance support for legal entity reporting
• Ensure high quality financial operational and governance processes are in place
• Assist with the preparation of year end financial statements
• Preparation and review of audit files
