It therefore offers financial restructuring and investor support for restructuring clients, private equity and distressed debt. The firm has a leading role in the major restructuring cases in Europe.

In order to enlarge our client´s restructuring & corporate finance team we search for financial restructuring professionals. You will be part of an international team, and you will take responsibility right from the start in the company.

Your tasks:

• Execution of restructuring and performance improvement projects
• Balance sheet restructuring, refinancing/ recapitalization of complex financed companies
• Conduct of negotiations in steering committees
• Carve out and post merger projects
• Consulting and coaching of the existing management teams in the (portfolio) companies
• Management of restructuring-teams

Your background:

• TOP-degree from one of the world's leading business schools or universities. Besides excellent academic achievements,
• Several years (3 to 8 years) of relevant professional experience in the corporate finance, restructuring coming from one of the leading companies in this sector (strategy firms, restructuring firms, investment banking, private equity, BIG4 Transaction services, Corporate finance departments).
• You should be familiar and have deep experience with topics like financial restructuring, recapitalization, divestment programs, covenants management, distressed M&A and balance-sheet optimization.
• Knowledge of modern financial instruments
• International and open minded personality
• Excellent German and English language skills (both languages are required!)
