Job description:
1) Portfolio Management and Credit Monitoring of Project/ Structured Finance accounts. With experience in:
- credit monitoring
- relationship management and negotiation capacity
- problem loan handling and asset disposal
- documentation and administrative work
2) Support in planning and carrying out Credit Control Group strategies and department strategies on their business operation and credit monitoring
3) Support the activities of the marketing groups (including conducting checks and balance on credit proposals)

Experience:

Candidates must have:
1) At least 5 years of project finance credit monitoring or origination experience
2) Practical cashflow skills for assessing and working on cashflow models/sensitivity scenarios
3) Extensive knowledge and understanding of project finance documentation
4) Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
